Motorola Edge+

Besides the Edge, Motorola also presented the Edge+ On 22 April. This high-end device is suitable for 5G internet, although it does not support the 5G bands in the Benelux. The smartphone has a beautiful design thanks to the waterfall screen, which means that the bezels are curved.

This oled display is 6.7 inches and has a 90Hz refresh rate, allowing images to be displayed fluently. There is a fingerprint scanner in the screen. Three cameras have been placed on the back of the device. Besides that, the Motorola Edge+ has 256GB of storage space, 12GB RAM, a Snapdragon 865 processor, USB-C port, and 3.5mm audio port.

Beautiful 6.7-inch oled display with curved bezels

The front of the Motorola Edge+ consists almost exclusively of a display with a thin bezel at the top and bottom. The bezels are curved and run smoothly to the back. The 90Hz refresh rate ensures smooth images so you can enjoy series, games, and other content to the fullest.

Three cameras for different situations

Motorola has placed three cameras on the back of the device. The 108-megapixel main camera takes very high-quality photos and videos thanks to optical image stabilisation. This technique corrects vibrations and movements so that you always get focussed, stable images. The 8-megapixel camera with telephoto lens enables 3x optical zoom.

This brings distant subjects closer: ideal for nature or sports photos. Finally, there is a 16-megapixel camera with ultra-wide angle lens. Capture more in a single image: useful for large landscapes or group shots. You can also use this camera for macro photography, where you can capture small details in super high quality.

Powerful hardware for fast performance

The Motorola Edge+ is controlled by a Snapdragon 865 processor. This allows you to enjoy lightning-fast, smooth performance. It also has 12GB RAM so you can multitask or play demanding games without any problems.

256GB storage space

Motorola has provided the phone with 256GB of storage capacity. The operating system takes up a small part of this. The rest is used for storing apps, games, photos, and videos. A microSD slot is missing: so for more storage space you can use a cloud service such as Dropbox or Google Drive.

5000mAh battery with quick and wireless charging

The Motorla Edge Plus has a 5000mAh battery. According to Motorola, the battery would last about two days on a single charge. Of course, this will vary from person to person. This Motorola phone supports 18W quick charging and wireless Qi- charging.
